Dr.Rakesh is a self-motivated, dynamic and charismatic lecturer who employs value-adding initiatives in the field of learning and development. His training expertise was derived from his vast working experience in several large US multi national companies in Malaysia and internationally for over thirty-five years. His contribution was in Operations and Human Capital Management.

Dr.Rakesh is a Leadership Development inclined person and a certified trainer by Zenger Miller and a proficient Trainer certified by Specialist Management Resources and 360 degrees certified trainer by PDI International. He is also a member of the Society of Human Resources Management, Virginia, United States since 1997, where he has participated in many Human Resources initiatives. Dr.Rakesh, in his capacity as a Human Resource professional has carried out consultancy and training assignments in the areas of Coaching, Mentoring and Competency Management in all sites in Asia Pacific. His areas of expertise are also in Talent Management, Performance Management, and Organizational Leadership & Development. His training is by large in the areas of Supervisory and Executive Development and Skills programs for all levels in the management hierarchy.

Dr.Rakesh holds a PhD in Strategic Human Capital Management from Newcastle University (US), Master in Business Administration, majoring in Human Capital Management from Camden University, (US) and a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Asia Pacific International University, (NZ) and Operation Certificate from Sanno Institute, Japan. Dr.Rakesh indulged in the Forex industry with a passion to contribute to the world economy quite recently and with his vast corporate experience he is seeing a very positive development in this arena he has chosen. His strategies encompasses on the long-term gain in this industry thus engaging in the well-rounded and sound knowledge of the forex art and science.
